Size and Square Footage
All floor plans provide approximate room sizes and square foot area for the home. Elevations and Floor Plans
Elevations and floor plans may show items which are available as options and are not included in the base price of the homes. Garages
Unless specifically stated as being included, garages shown are available as an option. Decks and Porches
Covered porches shown on plans and front elevations are often, but not always, included in the base price of the home. Please be sure to ask about a specific model. Decks shown on floor plans, typically off sliding glass doors, are available as an option. Fireplaces
Most fireplaces and fireplace locations shown are available as an option. Roof Pitch
The model standard roof pitch is listed on each model page. Optional roof pitches are available on most models and include truss roof from 5/12 to 8/12; also rafter roofs, with attic space are available from 5/12 to 12/12. Hip roofs and reverse gables are also available for most models as an option. |
