About Patlin Enterprises

a family-run business, we'll guide you through the maze of building...
from checking on plots of land to helping you contract with one of our
23 independent crews (or a crew of your choice) or teaching you how to
build your own home.
Our design department already has hundreds of outstanding plans developed
from which you may choose, modify, or just get ideas. By building your
home out of high-quality solid timbers, you can be sure that it will
stand strong and sturdy for generations.
We can show you how easily and quickly you can build your own high-quality
home, and save up to one-third the building costs. We also make sure
that your home is just as cost efficient as it is energy efficient.

We warmly invite all our clients to visit our home/model
in Charlemont, MA.
Please call ahead for an appointment (413-339-5773), as it is
difficult to have unexpected visitors arrive to see us amongst
our many scheduled appointments. We will take as much time with
each person as he/she needs, and will always answer your calls
promptly (and you know THAT is unusual in the building industry!)
